Pullman’s Downtown Walk of Fame
The Walk of Fame was established to honor individuals who have served the Pullman Community in a significant way, promoted goodwill, improved the quality of life for Pullman residents or brought acclaim to the area through their contributions.
To nominate an individual for the Walk of Fame, select one of the following categories for the nominee and provide supporting reasons why you think he/she deserves the award, along with other letters of recommendation, anecdotes, etc. The Walk of Fame committee meets yearly to select award recipients, typically in May. WSU Presidents & Distinguished Members of WSU Community
Criteria: served as acting University President or WSU member who had positive national recognition and community involvement
Pullman Mayors
Criteria: served as an acting Mayor of Pullman
Famous Sports Figures
Criteria: positive impact beyond Pullman High School or WSU
Distinguished Residents
Criteria: must have lived in Pullman 5 or more years and served as an economic or cultural contributor to Pullman
