Sponsorship Opportunities

Sponsorship opportunities are available in a variety of price ranges and allow you to highlight your business to other Chamber members and the surrounding community.

Pullman Chamber Buck$ Program

Local businesses can sign up to accept Chamber Buck$ and/or become a sponsor to have your logo printed on the Buck$ (sponsorship limited and reserved for Chamber member businesses only)

Business Member of the Month Sponsorship

This sponsorship provides a number of ways to reach our community and is customizable to fit your needs.

  • Your company name/logo will be prominently highlighted in each Thursday’s weekly eNews for your chosen month, along with pertinent information and/or graphics provided by you. (These will be needed no later than noon the Wednesday prior to the eNews.)
  • Your company name/logo and a write-up will be featured in that month’s Pullman Community Update publication (14,000 recipients) as the Business Member of the Month. (Write up of approx. 250 words will need to be provided the Chamber no later than the 12th day of the month prior to your month to be included).
  • Opportunity to speak at our monthly General Membership Presentation (1-2 minutes) and placement of flyers/information on attendee tables. Speaker attendance is covered by the sponsorship. Months that do not feature a Presentation will offer other advertising and networking options (July and December).
  • Representation on the Pullman Chamber BMOTM webpage (logo, your PCU write up, images if provided, link to webpage).
  • Weekly mention on the Chamber Facebook page (3140+ followers) and Twitter (2700+ followers) noting any offers, weekly specials, events or blurbs (supplied in advance by BMOTM) with links to webpages and use of preferred hashtag during sponsored month; we will also share pertinent posts during the month.
  • 1 dedicated emailing to our membership during the month, featuring information about your business, specials, events, etc. (as provided by the BMOTM)
  • Poster and/or promotional display in the Pullman Chamber office/lobby.
  • Radio mention as our Business Member of the Month in 27 rotating ads aired that month on KHTR 104.3 and HITS 104.7 between the hours of 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.
  • We also have a Chamber Instagram account and a YouTube channel for sharing your pictures and videos

This sponsorship is available for $450, and all benefits will be exclusive to the Business Member of the Month.

Music on Main Sponsorship

Music on Main presents area artists performing in Pine Street Plaza weekly June – September (weather permitting). Sponsor a month, or sponsor the season! Social media, signage, press releases and radio mentions vary.

$750 for an entire month includes:

  • logo/business name included on Pine Street Plaza main signage
  • Included on social media posts (with business tags/links)
    • Facebook pages: pullman chamber; music on main; visit pullman; shop local pullman
    • Instagram: pullman chamber, visit pullman, pullman music on main
  • included in our weekly eNews
  • representation on our pullman chamber music on main webpage
  • will receive acknowledgment in music on main radio ads

Annual Meeting Sponsorship

Donors & sponsors help support the Chamber during our annual meeting which is the Chamber’s opportunity to update our community on Chamber and committee accomplishments and goals, as well as a chance to welcome new board members and bid goodbye to those leaving.

We are currently accepting donations and sponsors for the event in a few areas:

  • Monetary donations: contribute $100 (or more) directly to the event for recognition in our eNews, on social media, and at the event
  • Drawing Table Donations: contribute a basket, item or service for our drawing table and receive recognition on social media and at the event
  • Table Donations: contribute 8-10 branded giveaway gifts to be placed on tables for our attendees to take home – they love these!
  • Partner with us! (Limited to two member businesses at $1500 each) In addition to recognition in the eNews, on social media, and at the event, you will be our “sponsored by” tag on all marketing and printed materials have a table of six reserved for you at the event.

National Lentil Festival

The National Lentil Festival offers sponsorships from $100-$5,000 in almost all areas of the festival including the Grand Parade, Wine Tasting & Poster Unveiling Event, 5K Fun Run, Lentil Cook-off and much more!
