We ARE still conducting permitting, plan review, building inspections, and all of the services we normally provide. However, out of an abundance of caution, City Hall is closed to the public, except by appointment. The City of Pullman has been implementing many precautionary measures in an effort to help limit the spread of this virus and protect the health and safety of employees and the public.

During this time, if your business with the City can be conducted via phone or email, we ask that you please reach out to us by one of those means. We also have a dropbox in the vestibule of the southwest entrance at City Hall for customers to leave submittals, permit applications, or other documents for our department as needed.
If you need to meet with City staff from our departments, please call ahead (509-338-3220) in order to arrange a time to do so. This includes permit issuance transactions. If you need to reach administrative support staff for the Public Works and Planning offices by email, please use PWP-Admin@pullman-wa.gov.
We are all adjusting to the circumstances as best we can while continuing to serve you and this community. Things have been changing quickly and may continue changing, so please bear with us. We wish you well and are happy to serve you however we can.
